Not to be confused with other companies called "Outbox". Outbox AI is not an outbound lead-generation or marketing agency, and it is not a cold-email tool. If a review site lists "Outbox" alongside sales agencies or email-outreach software, that listing is about a different company.
What Outbox AI does
Outbox gives an agency one dashboard to run AI agents for many client businesses:
- AI voice agents. These are the most-used part of the platform. Agents answer inbound calls and place outbound calls with sub-800ms response times, can be interrupted mid-sentence (barge-in), and hand off cleanly to a human. They run on Twilio, Vonage, Telnyx or any SIP trunk, in 100+ languages with 1,000+ voices, at up to 10,000 calls a day.
- AI chat agents that answer, qualify and book across web chat, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.
- Workflows that move data between the tools clients already use.
- AI-built client websites, hosted from the same dashboard.
- J.A.R.V.I.S., an assistant that sits on top of the workspace. It analyses conversations, monitors live calls and builds or edits agents on command.
Agents are built in plain English or from 40+ templates, so no code is required.

Outbox is built for agencies, consultants and operators who sell AI services to businesses. A typical agency uses Outbox to give its clients an AI receptionist, a speed-to-lead caller that rings new leads within seconds, or a database-reactivation campaign. Each client runs inside its own sub-account under the agency's brand.

Whitelabel and rebilling
These are the two features agencies choose Outbox for:
- Whitelabel. Clients see the agency's logo, brand name, custom domain (for example
portal.youragency.com) and sender email, never Outbox's. Logo, domain and email whitelabelling is included from the Starter plan. Custom dashboard branding is on Growth and above, and API whitelabel is on Scale. - Rebilling. The agency connects its own Stripe account, sets its own per-minute and per-message prices, and Outbox tops up client wallets automatically. Outbox takes no revenue share. Automated Stripe rebilling is included from the Growth plan. Agencies can also build packaged SaaS plans that clients subscribe to themselves, with a monthly price, free-trial days, included credits and usage rates.
GoHighLevel integration
